Customer Service Regulations

  1. 1. Legal Clause: the clause of customers’ compensation for loss in the Notification of the ministry of finance
  2. 2. JS company compensates for the damaged products in compliance with the below regulations.
    1. 1) One piece Rod :

      1. ① Replace one time with new one at the 25% retail price within the warranty period.
      2. ② Replace one time with new one at the 50% retail price after the warranty period
    2. 2) Two Piece Rod :

      1. ① Replace one time with new one with free of charge within the warranty period. (only each piece)
      2. ② After Warranty Period -
        • Tip Section: replace new one at the 40% retail price.
        • Butt Section: replace new one at the 60% retail price.
      3. ※ Exception NIXX BOOSTER:Replace one time at the 20% (Tip Section) and 30% (Butt Section) retail price within the warranty period. But, only applied to each section.
      4. ※ In case of multi-section, follow the JS company rule.
    3. 3) Jigging (Butt separating type) Rod :

      1. ① Replace one time with new one at the 30% retail price within the warranty period. (End Product)
      2. ② Replace one time with new one at the 60% retail price after the warranty period. (End Product)
  3. 3. Warranty period is within one year from the date of buying. Warranty period is within one year from the date of buying.
  4. 4. The below shows exclusion cases from the compensation rule.
    • - Loss of damaged section and loss of Rod
    • - The defect from random remodeling or repair
    • - The defect from the customer’s fault. (not caused by fishing)
    • - The damaged goods from the force majeure or equivalent to Force majeure.
  5. 5. In case of the cost of transport relating to Customer Service, customers have to pay. Please check before applying customer service.
If you don’t have the damaged goods and warranty book, the above regulations are not applied. Company profile
